I bring together elements from neuroscience, psychology, linguistics, philosophy, biology, technology, finance, quantum physics, the esoterics, and mindfulness practices to help support my clients for overall success.
 

Prior to my pivot into a coaching career, I had over 15 years of corporate experience in business and technology projects, working in cross-functional, multi-national corporate settings.

As a lifelong learner and being naturally curious, I have spend thousands of hours of self-learning and research from books, podcasts, and online resources dedicated to my ongoing quest to gain knowledge in optimizing health, success mindset, spiritual development, personal finance, self-experimentation with the hacks,  with and applying the knowledge, occasionally tinker in the kitchen to test out tasty, nutritional recipes, all this to increase my impact to those around me and to whom I serve.
